Close-up of the floor tile.

EXTERIOR
This home got a dramatic porch and easy to maintain desert landscape.

OFFICE
Home office looking out onto the pool.

BATH
A close-up view of the hall bath. The palette was kept the same as the master, but we decided to switch it up with chrome fixtures. These vintage inspired faucets make the space.

EXTERIOR
Because this home was practically a new build, it gave us the opportunity to choose a new outer material. We went with a combo of board and batten and shake in the eaves. For the shutters we created a custom color.

POWDER ROOM
This powder room was given a small clean-up and update. We kept the black and white theme already present in the tile and added a
fresh coat of paint on the walls. The artwork brings everything together.

MASTER BATH
A shower built for two. Black and white details make for timeless design.

The front door is a great opportunity to add a pop of color on the exterior. For this project we chose a bright, sunny yellow to contrast with the gray.

MASTER BEDROOM

A detail shot of the bath mirrors and lighting. Here we mixed matte black and chrome finishes for a simple, but elevated look.

MASTER BATH
A close-up of the tub and shiplap details. With all this white, the key to keeping it interesting is texture.

EXTERIOR
We toyed with the idea of painting the pergola white, but after seeing the natural color of the wood with the other elements of the house we decided to keep it natural and covered it with clear coat to project the natural color from the elements.

MASTER BATH
This has to be my favorite room in this project. Does anything feel cleaner than a white bathroom?

MASTER BATHROOM
We gave this master bath the facelift it needed and replaced every finish along with streamlining the layout.

MASTER BATHROOM
Simple white tile and black fixtures bring this bath to life.

KITCHEN
We kept the existing layout of this kitchen and updating the finishes. The cabinets were painted a warm gray, all new plumbing fixtures, new quartz countertops, new backsplash and hardware.

LIVING AREA
Another view of the open living/dining/kitchen area. With the cabinets being visible from the living room, it was important that the decor complimented the cabinet color.

MASTER BATHROOM
We gave this master bath the facelift it needed and replaced every finish along with streamlining the layout.

LIVING ROOM
This room already had great natural light. We didn’t need to do much except update the hardwood flooring, moldings, and give it a fresh coat of paint.

BATH
We really wanted to find a durable, cost-effective tile for this bathroom. The struggle was finding a tile that didn’t feel basic. We really lucked out with this porcelain hex tile for the bathroom floor!

MASTER BEDROOM
We decided this extra large Master Bedroom needed an lounge area. All new hardwoods, wall paint and lighting.

our-services

EXTERIOR
This exterior already had a resort-worthy back yard, but the house color was looking pretty tired and dated. We had the entire exterior repainted a warm white and added new dark trim to bring it all together.

LIVING AREA SHELF
A close up of the built-in shelf in the living area. This was not in our intial plans, but worked out perfectly
as a mid-build addition. We were able to use these shelves as an opportunity to add texture with more shiplap.

MASTER BATH
A view of the master bathroom. We kept a simple palette of black and white which allowed us to add more texture and pattern without the design becoming busy. The natural chandelier really brings in a nice pop.

POWDER ROOM
The powder room presented an opportunity to be a bit non-traditional with our choice of vanity. This vanity was custom built from an old farm wash basin.

EXTERIOR
A close up of the front exterior. Everything was updated, including the addition of the new driveway with herringbone pavers.

MASTER BEDROOM
The owners wanted a proper Master Bedroom in their home with access to their pool. We added almost 600 sqft to the existing home.

KITCHEN
The shelving in the kitchen is custom built. The industrial feel of these shelves echo the industrial lighting fixtures above the kitchen island and provide a great spot to display cook books and other kitchen items.

TV/MEDIA ROOM
This room was in need of storage, so we added built-ins and a decorative wall treatment to add more texture to this neutral space.

KITCHEN
The kitchen design features a custom hood. The warmth of the wood tone complements the brass fixtures used throughout.

MASTER BATHROOM
This master bath is a great example of budget friendly finishes working to create a high-end look.

DINING AREA
So happy with how the shiplap wall turned out in the dining area. It was the perfect opportunity for a focal point. The dining table was made by a local vendor.

ENTRY
This home makes a statement from the minute you step inside. The flooring was updated throughout so we took the
opportunity to add a decorative wood pattern. We also brought the exterior door color inside and added a new modern light.
